I’m a Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario who grew up and went to school in London, Ontario. Massage therapy has been a part of my life since I was a teenager.

As someone who participated in many sports/activities, it was something that helped me heal and feel better after injuries; eventually leading to becoming interested in the profession itself because they could help others too!

I began my career as an RMT in 2011 in Markham, Ontario. For the next several years, I worked in different multidisciplinary clinics helping clients with varied health conditions such as stroke rehabilitation; pre-peri and postnatal, sport-related injuries, sciatica, concussions, migraines, TMJ dysfunctions, postural muscle tensions and so much more.

After this, I moved further East to Bowmanville and wanted to find work closer to home. That’s when I met Sharon Black who was retiring and wanted an RMT to take over for her clients. That’s where I began this journey of working in Cobourg, providing treatments for her clients in Cobourg.
